Account by: Floyd Turnley Bowden arrived from the 82nd Airborne Division. I did not get to know him until Vietnam when he became our new squad leader. He talked a lot about the house he was going to build when he got back home. He would received advertisements in the mail from Jim Walter homes with house plans. I always found it amusing each time they arrived he talked for days about each floor plan. |
