When Bruce Paul Nettesheim was born on 18 October 1944, in Sussex, Waukesha, Wisconsin, United States, his father, Mark A Nettesheim, was 33 and his mother, Emma M Kreuser, was 30. He married Mrs Bruce Paul Nettesheim. He lived in Wisconsin, United States in 1968. He registered for military service in 1968. He died on 25 April 1968, in Menomonee Falls, Waukesha, Wisconsin, United States, at the age of 23, and was buried in Menomonee Falls, Waukesha, Wisconsin, United States.
